sulphuric acid: excellent MIL-V-1137A
salt water: excellent MIL-V-1137
sineral oil: passed ASTM D 115.
High penetration capability connected with high adhesive strength.
After impregnating it is still possible to solder the application.
Applications:
Coils, resistors, stator coil, PCB, transformers.
Film thickness: 60-80 µm.
Processing:
Air drying at 25 °C : 20-30 min: dust-dry, 1-2 h: touch-proof.
After 7 days: hardened.
Plus drying at 150 °C 10-15 min: optimum adhesive strength.
Packaging: 450 ml reclosable can
